After graduating from International Christian University, she joined a city bank.

After realizing the difficulty of moving forward as an organization while maintaining a vibrant work environment for herself and others, she joined ICMG, Inc. as a consultant to learn project management. She joined the project to launch the Japan Innovation Network, a general incorporated association, and was involved in a project to design a new business creation ecosystem for companies.

After retiring, she studied abroad in 2015 at the Master of Business Design at Domus Academy, a graduate school in Milan, Italy.

She studied design and its co-creation process for creating new brands and realizing collective knowledge.

After returning to Japan in 2016, she has been working as a freelancer through outsourcing with service design companies and global consulting firms.

In 2019, she founded TexT Inc.

She is currently working as a facilitator using approaches such as graphic skills to support communication by visualizing words and family constellations to unravel complex relationships.

In 2020, she founded MUMU Engei-sha with landscape architect Yosuke Kuramochi, and is based in the Toshin area of Nagano, Japan, where she provides counseling and workshops on garden design for private residences/gardens/offices, etc.
